My name is Pavel Makhov. I build websites, apps, automation and small digital tools that should solve a concrete task, not just look polished.

AutoTools is my working workshop: a place for my own apps, tested ideas, landing pages, admin panels, Telegram workflows, static sites, MVPs and automation tools.
I do not call AutoTools a studio. It is closer to an engineering showcase: what can be built, how it works and what approach stands behind it.
Move from idea to working prototype quickly, test it in practice and improve from the result.
AI can write code, but useful products still need a clear task, review and human judgment.
What I Do
My current focus is practical development with AI agents. This does not mean pressing a button and getting a finished product. It means using AI to write code, assemble interfaces, shape project structure, fix errors, prepare copy, pages, parsers, bots and internal panels.
My role is to set the task, break it into stages, review the result, send it back for refinement, remove what is unnecessary and bring the project to a usable state.

Why This Approach
Many small projects do not fail because the idea is bad. They fail because getting to the first working version is too expensive and too slow.
AI agents change that mechanic. One experienced person can build a prototype faster, try several variants, reshape the structure, add pages, write scripts and prepare an MVP.
But common sense remains the critical part. I treat AI not as magic, but as a powerful tool in the hands of someone who understands the task.
Experience
I have spent more than twenty years working with websites, online stores, catalogues, products, content, promotion, site structure, automation and online sales logic.
For nine years I led the e-commerce direction in a company: website development, catalogue structure, integrations, content, sales, internal processes and constant improvements. It was a working commercial tool where structure, speed, clarity and result mattered.
Alongside that, I have always had my own projects: sites, domains, service ideas, content platforms and automation experiments. Some worked, some were too early, and some gave experience that is very useful now.
Engineering Base
My background combines engineering education, programming training and practical experience with electronics and production equipment.
That affects how I approach digital products. I think not only about the screens, but also about real use: where the user gets confused, what happens after an error, what breaks when the internet disappears, what can be simplified and what can wait.
In industrial equipment, a beautiful diagram means nothing if the sensor fails, a wire comes loose or the system gives no clear diagnosis. Websites and apps are not so different.
AutoTools Projects
AutoTools is a platform for practical apps and tools. The first visible product is Telecam: an Android app that turns an old smartphone into a monitoring camera and sends events to Telegram or email.
I like the logic of this product: do not buy another device if an old phone can already record video, connect to Wi-Fi and send data. Give it a useful second role.
Other directions include YasnoKak, kok.ru, Zasypayka, internal tools for page generation and publishing, plus experiments with Telegram bots, local admin panels and agent-assisted development.

The approach is: working first, then polished and scalable. Not as an excuse to do poor work, but as a way to avoid endless planning that never reaches a usable result.
